2014 Annual Club Dinner

Pete Clark from Birnam, aka "Pete the Fiddler", was our guest speaker at the annual club dinner on the 14th Nov.

He gave a splendid musical toast to the Club which was very well received by the members and guests. DAC President George Potts gave the "toast to the guests" and Dundee West End AC President proposed the reply. Club Vice President Stewart Brymer gave the vote of thanks at the close of a successful and enjoyable evening.

Fiona Armstrong (Lady Mcgregor of McGregor) who spoke at our dinner last year is inviting all fellow anglers to visit the Blairgowrie Book Festival on Saturday 11th October, at the Royal Hotel Blairgowrie at 1530hrs. 

Bruce Sandison and Fiona Armstrong will be talking about the Scotland they love, salmon, sea trout and brown trout fishing, hill walking and whatever comes up in their discussion. 

This includes answering questions from the audience.
